All potential residents of the Bristol Square Apartments community must meet or exceed the following applicant qualification guidelines:
All applicants must have an established, favorable credit history over several years. Anything above an R3 credit rating will not be approved. This includes bankruptcies, outstanding collection accounts, liens and/or judgments. Individuals with no established credit will be required to pay a supplemental security deposit equal to one month's rent or higher.
Acceptable Rental History
All applicants must have favorable landlord references and rental history over the past several years. Individuals with no rental history must meet all other qualifications and may be required to pay a supplemental security deposit equal to one month's rent or higher.
Based on normal guidelines, an applicant's gross monthly income (before taxes) must be three (3) times the monthly rent. Applicants that are not married must qualify on an individual basis.
Criminal Background Check
All applicants must pass a criminal background check and have no felonies on record.
